This particular song is one of the finest ever composed by Viswanathan -RAmamoorthy for the film Vennira Aadai. FOr some reason, this song did not figure in it although it would have been perfectly appropriate to the sequence, specifically the climax. I used to enjoy every word of the lyric written by the greatest ever Tamil lyricist, and superbly rendered by Susheela. Thanks for uploading this song, which normally one does not find in many similar sites.

What a collection of old Malayalam songs! You are doing a great service to old timers like me. just about every song of the 50s and 60s serve to remind me of some phase in my childhood and teen years. The only other source of these great songs is Radio Malaysia (my homeland) but they have discontinued these 78 rpms since the early 80s to make way for FM and digital music.
My only grouse is that each song is restricted to a minute or so. How do I get a full version?

manadhinile paarthu vitten" from the Tamil MGR film "Nadodi". This song was recorded for the film Nadodi but it was not picturised. Hence, could not be found in the movie.
However, it used to be played in All India Radio frequently in 1960's.

I want to know the immediate benefits in chanting ‘Sreerudram’. If I chant every day, is there any benefit. At present i am some debts and I want clear off them forever. Is it possible if I chant every day.
